Should I choose a subscription or a one-time pack?+
Choose a subscription for regular work: Creator adds 30 minutes, Pro 60 minutes and Studio 120 minutes each service month. For occasional projects, Quick Fix is $8.99 for 10 minutes and Creator Pack is $34.99 for 50 minutes. One-time packs do not renew and expire 12 months after purchase. They remain separate from subscription minutes.
How much will I pay for yearly or monthly billing?+
Creator: $19.99/month, or $199 billed annually (equivalent to $16.58/month). Pro: $29.99/month, or $299 billed annually (equivalent to $24.92/month). Studio: $54.99/month, or $549 billed annually (equivalent to $45.75/month). Prices are in USD. Any applicable tax and the full amount due are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically with no trial.
What does “2 months free” mean?+
It describes the yearly saving compared with 12 separate monthly payments: the annual price saves at least the cost of two monthly payments. It is not a free trial or two extra service months. You pay the full annual price upfront for 12 months of service, with minutes released monthly.
Does yearly billing give me all my minutes at once?+
No. Creator, Pro and Studio add 30, 60 and 120 minutes respectively at the start of each monthly service period. A yearly payment covers 12 service months; it does not release the full annual allowance at purchase. Unused subscription minutes expire at the end of each service month and do not roll over.
How are processing minutes deducted?+
Each new AI processing job uses at least 30 seconds. Longer files are rounded up to the next whole second: a 5-second file uses 30 seconds, a 45-second file uses 45 seconds, and a 2:12.1 file uses 2 minutes 13 seconds. A new balance preview uses 30 seconds; full-file processing is charged separately. Existing packs keep their original minimum and expiry. There is no separate export-count limit.
Can I try a file before buying?+
Yes. Subject to daily personal and site-wide availability, the free preview covers up to 15 seconds and no more than half your file. No account is needed for that free preview. A new preview of another mode or section uses an available free or legacy bonus preview, or 30 seconds of minute balance after confirmation. A successful preview is not a completed full export.
Do I need a subscription to process one short video?+
No. Eligible files up to two minutes can use the one-time Single File option after the tool verifies the file and you preview it. Its workflow-specific price and any tax are shown before checkout. For several files, choose a one-time minute pack. Subscriptions are optional and renew automatically until canceled; Single File covers one verified file, not a transferable balance.
How do I buy and use my minutes?+
Sign in, choose a plan and explicitly agree to its billing period and total before continuing to Stripe. Your account receives minutes only after payment is verified. Then return to the tool to process your file. The tool checks eligible existing purchases first: a paid Single File entitlement for that task, then available minute balances in expiry order. Keep and download the result within its 24-hour availability window.
What happens to one-time minutes if I cancel my subscription?+
One-time packs remain separate from subscription allocations. Canceling subscription renewal does not erase an eligible one-time balance or extend its original expiry. Already-paid subscription service continues through the paid term; unused subscription minutes expire each service month. Check the separate balances in Account before processing.
Can I use the same minutes across Remove Music, Replace Music and Video Vocal Remover?+
Eligible minute balances work across the supported music-removal, replacement and vocal-removal tools. Each new AI job uses the allowance shown before processing, including the applicable minimum. Replaying a saved preview, retrying local export or adjusting replacement music with a matching completed separation does not itself start another AI job. Another source, mode or section may need a new job.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?+
Manage your subscription from Account → Billing. Canceling renewal stops future renewal payments; your already-paid service continues until the end of the paid month or year, including the remaining monthly allocations of a paid year. Plan and billing-period changes, when offered, take effect at the confirmed next renewal date without hidden immediate proration. Do not buy a second subscription to change plans.
Do retries, exports or replacement-music edits use more minutes?+
Replaying an available result, retrying local video assembly or editing replacement music with the same completed separation does not start another AI job or consume more AI minutes. Processing another mode, section or source can require a new AI job and its own charge. Confirmed technical processing failures restore the affected reservation once, without extending its original expiry.
What is the refund policy?+
Completely unused one-time purchases may be refunded when requested within seven calendar days of payment. Partially used packs are not eligible under that policy. Subscription refund requests are reviewed against the receipt, usage and applicable consumer law; canceling renewal does not automatically refund the unused part of a year. Approved partial or full subscription refunds adjust the affected allocations under the Terms. Separation quality varies, so listen to your preview before buying.
What if I switch devices or lose my original video?+
Your paid entitlement is linked to your account, but your original video stays on your device. Sign in to restore the purchase; you may need to select the original file again to rebuild a video download while the processed audio is still available. Clearing browser storage can remove the local export. Purchase recovery does not guarantee recovery of local media.
